Individual Therapy
My primary service is providing talk therapy in 53-minute sessions. My preference is that we begin by meeting weekly, but I am flexible. I have experience writing letters to support gender-affirming care, emotional support animals, request for consideration at school or work, and am happy to write letters for those on my caseload.

Washington (state) Clients
I am paneled under Primera Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna.
California Clients
I am paneled with Blue Shield, Anthem, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna. I am in the process of panelling with Kaiser Permanente NorCal Medicare Advantage. If you are insured under MHN, Tricare West, Optum, or Kaiser of Southern California, please go to Rula.com and select me to be your therapist.

All clients covered by Kaiser will need to call Kaiser to get a referral and referral ID before scheduling an appointment. Once you’ve obtained your referral ID, you’ll use this Kaiser New Intake Form. Clients will obtain their referral ID from the number below.

Out Of Network
I utilize a service called Thrizer to help have our sessions covered under your insurance's out-of-network benefits. You pay the co-pay amount and Thrizer takes care of the rest. They do not work with Medicaid.
