Individual Therapy
My primary service is providing talk therapy in 53-minute sessions. My preference is that we begin by meeting weekly, but I am flexible. I have experience writing letters to support gender-affirming care, emotional support animals, request for consideration at school or work, and am happy to write letters for those on my caseload.

Insurance
Washington and California
I contract with two companies who handle my insurance billing. Please check out my profiles on each platform for current insurance information. Rula only facilitates coverage for those in California. Headway facilitates insurance coverage for individuals in Washington and California.

Out Of Network
I utilize a service called Thrizer to help have our sessions covered under your insurance's out-of-network benefits. You pay the co-pay amount and Thrizer takes care of the rest. They do not work with Medicaid.
